Terms of Service
Effective October 26, 2026 · HollerIQ
These Terms govern your use of holleriq.com, its subdomains and related pages operated by HollerIQ (“HollerIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
What we do
HollerIQ provides marketing services to local businesses. Site content is general information, not legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
No guaranteed results
Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, budget, reviews, pricing and how leads are handled. We do not guarantee any specific number of calls, leads, sales, rankings or revenue. Client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
Free consultation and website scan
A free consultation is an informal review and recommendation, and creates no obligation for either party. The free website scan produces a score from automated checks of a website's public pages and Google PageSpeed Insights. Automated checks can miss things, especially on sites that load content with JavaScript or block automated visitors. It is a general guide, not an audit or a prediction of results.
